Here’s how our journey together will unfold:
Scheduling: Sessions are one hour, available both in person or online, with a minimum commitment of 8 sessions.
Coaching Agreement: We’ll agree on clear goals and expectations for our partnership.
Intake Form: Before our first session, you’ll complete a form to provide details about your situation.
Coaching Sessions: During our sessions, we’ll identify your family’s strengths, set clear goals, and work toward effective solutions.
