Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul, be just another human soul.

Over the past year, Anya has been such a beautiful presence in our daughter's life. From starting out feeling unsure and timid, our daughter has begun to blossom into this amazing, confident version of herself, all thanks to the gentle guidance of Anya. Anya has created a trustworthy, cozy virtual space where she feels safe to be her true self.

At first, we didn't really know much about play therapy; we just went with what little we found on Google. But choosing play therapy and choosing Anya was one of the best decisions we ever made for our child. Even though the sessions are online, they work like magic. And it's not just the therapy itself that's wonderful. Anya also takes the time to discuss with us what we can do to support our child's development. She also discusses our child's progress in the review sessions, and they're always eye-opening.

Seeing our daughter learn to take up space and exist without apologising for it is just amazing. What really touches our hearts is how Anya has managed to build such a strong bond with her. Even though our child is usually quite shy, she really looks forward to her time with Anya every week. Anya has this special way of making her feel heard and understood, and that's something we'll always be grateful for. Anya truly deserves all the praise and love in the world for the wonderful work she does. We highly, highly recommend Anya's services.

I went into Parent Coaching unsure of what to expect. When Anya asked through her questionnaire, "What do you expect from Parent Coaching?" my answer was simple—I wanted to see if there was anything that could help me help my daughter. A perspective shift, something I hadn’t considered.

And that’s exactly what Anya did. We explored what I naturally do well, both as a person and as a parent, and how I could build on those strengths instead of focusing on what I thought I was lacking. We spoke about my vision for my daughter, cultural expectations, the guilt of not spending enough time with her, and the burden of being the default parent. Through these conversations, I realised how important it is to take care of myself first, so I can show up the way I want to for her.

The turning point was when Anya helped me realise that my intuition is my biggest strength—not something to doubt, but to trust. That changed everything-it was like a switch flipped. Decisions felt easier, clearer, and more natural. I no longer felt the need to explain or negotiate every choice—I could simply own it.

I walked away feeling far more confident, with simple tools like no-pressure journaling and art to take care of both my daughter and myself. These weren’t just "advised" solutions—they emerged from a joint effort to find what truly works for me.

I’m really grateful for her support, and if you’re looking for someone to help you figure things out as a parent, I’d 100% recommend Anya. She doesn’t just offer advice—she works with you to uncover your strengths in a way that is authentic and empowering.

I entered Parent Coaching with Anya because I realised that I was feeling more and more clueless in my parenting - with my child who was moving from being a young one to a pre-teen. I came in hoping to feel more grounded, regulated, and healthily attached to both myself and my child. The journey was deeply resourcing, and over time, I moved closer to my goal in many unexpected and expansive ways.

Anya's approach gave me the space to reflect and untangle patterns and expectations, both in my parenting and within myself. Her warm, thoughtful presence, her non-directive style, and her energy of positive regard during my toughest realisations, helped me explore ways to integrate nurture and structure, and to co-hold those elements with more ease.

Through our work together, I became more aware of how I could balance being grounded and present, while also being more fun and easy-going—without losing my authority. I learned that it’s not only okay to say “I don’t know” to my child, but also that not having all the answers could actually create a deeper connection.

What I’m most grateful for is the renewed sense of trust in myself - especially the realization that my intuition is my greatest strength - and for the deep faith in bond between my child and me. Those shifts have made parenting easier and more natural, and I feel more expansive in my capacity and capability to make choices that honour our bond, my child's needs and my own needs, simultaneously.

If you are a parent looking for support in your parenting journey while also discovering/ living your own truth, I would recommend Anya without batting an eyelid!

I wholeheartedly recommend Anya! From our very first parent coaching session, her warmth and patience instantly put me at ease. She has a remarkable talent for bringing out my feelings and concerns, fostering a safe environment for open discussion—something that's not always easy for me, as I tend to keep things to myself.

What truly distinguishes Anya is her adaptability in crafting strategies suited to my family's unique dynamics. After each session, I felt empowered and equipped with practical, actionable strategies that were easy to implement. Her infectious smile and positive energy made our time together both enjoyable and uplifting.

Thank you, Anya Reddy!

Play therapy with Anya has been instrumental in the development of my child. Anya has helped me reflect on the the environment provided to my child, and making changes as required has helped us tremendously as a family. My child has started communicating and expressing his thoughts and feelings in a positive manner. It has helped open up different facets of his personality too. We still have a long way to go, but I am better equipped to deal with the challenges that lie ahead. I am grateful to Anya for her reassuring guidance and patience throughout.

Thank you Anya, I am thankful for your coming into our lives and showing us the way.

Our friend introduced us to Anya’s Play therapy sessions. This method seemed like a way for our child to express his emotions and communicate openly. It truly provided a safe space for our child to share his fears, concerns, and feelings. We appreciate Anya for assisting our child in facing and expressing his emotions rather than withdrawing or having outbursts. While we acknowledge that there’s still a journey ahead, we find solace in the fact that we’re not walking it alone.

Although Anya felt that Play Therapy would not be a suitable option for my child, she was sensitive to my pain and took the time out to counsel me. Additionally she recommended a suitable professional for my family. I feel comforted in knowing that I can reach out to her when I need her support.
