Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re emotionally aware, thoughtful, and trying to do things differently from how you were raised. You may find yourself questioning your responses, feeling stuck in repeated patterns, or carrying the weight of “getting it right.”

Parent Coaching offers a respectful, collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and find your own way forward — grounded in your values, your intuition, and your family’s unique context.

I work with parents in Bengaluru and online, supporting them to feel more anchored, connected, and confident in their parenting.

 

What Is Parent Coaching?

Parent Coaching is a strengths-based, reflective process that helps you understand what’s happening beneath the surface — in your child, in your family, and in yourself.

This work is not about fixing you or your child. It’s about helping you access clarity, build trust in yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change in how parenting feels day to day.

As a PCI® Certified Parent Coach, trained through the internationally recognised Parent Coaching Institute, I work with parents who want support that is thoughtful, emotionally informed, and non-judgemental.
