About Anya Reddy Play Therapist and Parent Coach

Hi, I’m Anya Reddy

I’m a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and PCI® Certified Parent Coach, based in Bengaluru, offering sessions both in person and online.

I support children, parents, and families in building emotional resilience, strengthening relationships, and creating meaningful, lasting change—especially during periods of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm.

My work brings together trauma-informed play therapy and strengths-based parent coaching, offering a collaborative and nurturing space where emotions can be safely explored and families can reconnect to calm, confidence, and connection.

Who I Work With

I work with families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including:

  • Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or grief

  • Behavioural or regulation challenges in children

  • Parenting stress, burnout, or self-doubt

  • Major life transitions such as divorce, relocation, or becoming a new parent

  • Emotional challenges related to learning differences or neurodiversity

My approach is always attuned, respectful, and tailored to each family’s unique context.

How I Support Families

Play Therapy for Children (Ages 3 - 17)

Children express their inner world through play—their most natural language.

As a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, I use developmentally appropriate tools such as sand trays, art, movement, storytelling, and symbolic play to help children process big feelings and build emotional regulation skills.

I support children experiencing:

  • Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty regulating

  • Aggression, trauma, grief, or loss

  • Transitions such as school changes or shifts within the family

Each session is relationally attuned, emotionally safe, and grounded in connection—supporting children to build resilience, confidence, and emotional clarity.

Parent Coaching (PCI® Coaching Model™)

Parenting can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re trying to parent consciously and differently from how you were raised.

Through structured, strengths-based Parent Coaching, I support caregivers to:

  • Reconnect with their values and inner resources

  • Navigate daily stress with more clarity and calm

  • Respond with empathy, confidence, and emotional intelligence

This work is not about “fixing” your child. It’s about helping you feel more grounded, capable, and connected in your parenting.
