Play Therapy with Anya values transparency, consistency, and respect for the therapeutic process. This Refund Policy outlines how payments, packages, and refunds are handled.
Session Fees & Packages
Fees for services are communicated before sessions begin.
Some services may be offered as prepaid packages with validity periods.
Package details, timelines, and expectations are discussed prior to purchase.
Refunds
Fees paid for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Unused sessions within prepaid packages are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Play Therapy with Anya in exceptional circumstances.
Expired Sessions
Prepaid sessions must be used within the agreed validity period.
Unused sessions that remain incomplete after the validity period may expire without refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
Late arrival does not extend session duration or qualify for refunds.
Therapist Cancellations
If a session must be cancelled or rescheduled by the therapist, families will be offered:
a rescheduled appointment, or
credit toward a future session where appropriate
Nature-Based & Outdoor Sessions
Outdoor sessions affected by weather, environmental concerns, or safety considerations may be rescheduled at the therapist’s discretion.
