1. Session Fees

Fees are non-refundable.

2. Packages

Fees for therapy or coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has commenced.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments secure your time slot and are subject to the Cancellation Policy.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if considered, are at the sole discretion of Play Therapy with Anya.

5. Processing Timelines

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
