Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01.01.2026
1. Notice Period
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
3. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being charged in full.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Package Validity
Therapy and coaching packages must be used within the agreed validity period.
