Welcome to Play Therapy with Anya. By booking a consultation, play therapy session, or parent coaching session through this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Play Therapy with Anya provides:
Play therapy services for children and adolescents
Parent coaching sessions
Consultations related to child development and emotional wellbeing
Services are offered online and in person in Bengaluru, India.
2. Appointments
All sessions are by prior appointment only and must be scheduled through the official booking link on this website.
3. Payment
Full payment is required in advance to confirm a booking.
Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay (credit card, netbanking, or EMI options where available).
Processing charges levied by payment gateways are the responsibility of the client.
4. No Emergency Services
Play Therapy with Anya does not provide crisis or emergency services.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services provided are therapeutic and supportive in nature. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Play Therapy with Anya shall not be held liable for decisions made by clients outside of sessions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
